RETURNS POLICY
You can return the products you purchased, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Please note that the date of shipment for the returned product is determined by the courier service’s indication on the receipt, ensuring compliance with the deadline.
You have the option to exchange the item for a different size or color, choose an alternative product, receive a refund, or be issued a credit voucher for a future purchase.
Please note that returns or exchanges are not applicable to products on sale.
Returned products must be in the same condition as when received by the customer. This entails ensuring they are not damaged, retaining their original packaging, maintaining excellent overall condition, and including all the accompanying documents that were originally delivered with the product. If these conditions are fulfilled, the item is eligible for exchange.
Otherwise, we reserve the right not to accept the return.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
You return the product to be exchanged with ACS COURIER, at your own expense, and send us your details, including your name, order number, and the ACS store, at [email protected].
For a refund, along with the above information, please include the IBAN account number, the beneficiary’s name, and the bank information, so that the refund amount can be deposited. Please be aware that we are not responsible if any bank charges are incurred.
The shipping address is SEI BOUTIQUE, ACS Courier, Riga Fereou 3, 3095, Limassol.
Upon receiving the returned product, we conduct a thorough check to ensure it meets the specified return or exchange conditions mentioned earlier. If the conditions are met and you opt for a product exchange, we dispatch the new product through ACS COURIER with €3.00 shipping costs, which you are responsible for.
For refunds, the process involves reimbursing the purchase price of the product to your personal account.
The money will be deposited within 14 working days from the moment we receive the returned products, provided they adhere to the stipulated return conditions mentioned above.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
When making purchases on seiboutique.com, you are entitled to return products and request replacements under certain circumstances. We will take responsibility for cases where the store is proven to be at fault, such as selling defective products or errors in receiving orders, pricing, or damages due to improper packaging. In these situations, we will cover the costs of replacement, return, and reshipment.
To verify that a product is defective, please send us photos of the product via email for examination by the relevant department of our company. If you send the product for replacement without following this procedure, shipping costs will be your responsibility, and the company reserves the right to refuse to accept the returned item.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order before the product is shipped, by sending an email to the email address (contact email), with the subject “ORDER CANCELLATION” or by calling (contact phone).
If the cancellation is requested after the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for both shipping and return costs (€5.00).
Please note that, due to hygiene reasons, our company does not accept returns for underwear or swimwear.
To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that upon receiving the package from the courier company, you inspect the exterior for any alterations or obvious defects in our products. This allows you to address any concerns and take necessary actions immediately.
