We deliver throughout Cyprus, Greece, the European Union, and non-EU countries, according to the following shipping policy.

SHIPPING WITHIN CYPRUS

For deliveries within Cyprus, we cooperate with ACS Courier and BOX NOW.

Shipping to ACS Point

• For orders over €100, shipping is free.
• For orders under €100, there is a €3 charge.
• For cash-on-delivery orders, there is an additional €3 charge, regardless of the order amount.

Door-to-door shipping with ACS Courier

• A flat €5 charge applies, regardless of the order amount.
• For cash-on-delivery, there is an extra €3 charge.

Shipping with BOX NOW (locker of your choice)

• For orders over €100, shipping is free.
• For orders under €100, there is a €3 charge.
• Cash-on-delivery is not available with this method.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 working days, depending on the delivery location and the courier’s policy.

If the delivery address is in a remote or hard-to-reach area, delivery time may be extended by 3–5 additional working days.

Our company bears no responsibility for delays caused by weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

SHIPPING TO GREECE AND ABROAD

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.
Once shipped, delivery times depend on the courier company handling the order.

For shipments to non-EU countries, the total order amount does not include customs duties or import taxes.
These are paid by the customer upon delivery to release the products from customs.

Our company is not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure events.

SHIPPING TO GREECE

Shipments to Greece are handled via BOX NOW, ACS Courier, or 4A Express.

BOX NOW

• For orders over €300, shipping is free.
• For orders under €300, there is a €10 charge.
• Cash-on-delivery is not available.

ACS Courier / 4A Express (door-to-door)

• For orders over €500, shipping is free.
• For orders under €500, there is a €15 charge.
• Cash-on-delivery is not available.

Delivery time: 1–3 working days.

SHIPPING TO EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES

Shipments within the European Union are handled by DHL Express.
All deliveries are express, with an estimated delivery time of 1–3 working days.
The flat shipping cost is €50, regardless of order amount.
Cash-on-delivery is not available.
